Hi!!!
I can totally relate to your problem, because l have the same. Have you tried Lipoflavonoid??? I have been using it, and my problem disappeared. I do not, however, have damage due to being exposed to loud noises

How long did you have to take it before seeing results and do you take it ongoing?

Thank you Susan! Yes, I have tried lipoflavenoid, in the past. It did help, somewhat, so maybe I’ll get some, and see if it helps me now. i appreciate your reply, and advice!
