Yes, this happened to me. I did it once on my face and it was hot and stinging and really worked. Then I did it on my forearms and got almost no reaction, even though they later reacted intensely to a cancer cream protocol, so it was definitely done incorrectly. I was never able to get to the bottom of it or get reimbursed. Sorry this happened to you.

Thank you for replying. I truly believe that it was done incorrectly. But god forbid they own up to their mistakes!
I for sure won't be using this office again as my roommate has great results every time he goes to his dermatologist.
They are looking into giving me a credit or something right now. So, we shall see!
