My eye surgeon's nurse called back and said Yes, I am to take the AREDS 2 per instructions on the bottle as brands can be different. So, I will continue to take them. I see the surgeon for a check up in December this year. I'll ask him personally and my guess is he will tell me to take them "for life" as well as the Timolol. I had cataracts removed in February 2025. He checks me every 4 months. Not sure how often I'll see him after next year. By the way, the surgery was successful. I can see in high definition now. Things I thought were grey are actually blue or green. I will need glasses for life, and we knew that, but the fog and darkness is gone. Now this silly issue of AREDS 2 Have a great day everyone.
