How Much Exercise during ADT?

I do better with an exercise program and then add something like shopping or a home project. The 30 min. of cardio may make the difference for me, but fatigue is still serious.

A 4x2 HIIT run on a treadmill two to three times a week starved off all possible side effects and a plant based diet helped for weight control.
