Hi Satimis,
I'm sorry you are going through this with your eyes. That's too bad. I have Retinitis Pigmentosa which is an eye disease that is supposed to make you go blind. However, I've had it for 15 years and I 'm 79 and haven't gone blind or anything near it yet. What I did was eat a lot of all the foods I could that have Vitamin A in them. Vitamin A is supposed to be very good for your eyes. Foods such as carrots, yellow and orange bell peppers and spinach. There are other foods with Vitamin A also. Just do a Google search for them. It worked because my Retinitis Pigmentosa almost quit. It became a very mild case. I'm also taking Vitamin A tablets. But before you do that, talk to your eye doctor to make sure it's the right thing in your situation.

Prayer also works. Just ask God for his help and you will get it. God is always there for us.
I'll say a prayer for you also.
I wish you the best.
PML

Hi PML

Thanks for your detail advice.

I'm quite lucky, just getting AMD recently. I'm already 86 at age. I had very good eye-sight, when I was young, until recently. My right eye is still in good condition.

I eat a lot of Salmon, cooked,, egg and whole milk but seldom eat cheese because I don't like its taste. They are rich in Vat A !

Would exercise be helpful to AMD

Regards
