Help! Goldilocks needs a pillow that is.....just right!
Precious Folks, 2 1/2 months ago I awoke with a bad crick in my neck with bad headaches in the a.m. that started a perfect storm with my pre-existing arthritis in my neck, shoulders & spine & this also increased migraines. In the past, 2 different times a different pillow would solve the crick in the neck issue that irritated everything else. I do remember posting some of this before and I cannot find the post....I'm sorry.
I have tried 9 pillows to date ...they are either too soft , too hard or no support at all. I've tried cervical pillows, chiropractic pillows, molded pillows, body pillows, gel pillows, memory foam, etc., and too no avail. My last pillow I tried slept extremely hot. I'm allergic to feather pillows and hesitant to try latex due to allergies and the smell.
I personally do not want to go to the store and "try out" pillows due to the germs & COVID uptick right now in my area.
Can anybody recommend a pillow, preferably on Amazon that has helped with neck & shoulder issues and post the link?
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Blessings, Prayers & Hugs to you all. God Bless You & I'm so Grateful for this website.

Not sure Goldilocks will like the pillow but I've found using a small travel pillow on top of my normal pillow works wonders. The little one is a My Pillow small travel pillow which they do sell on Amazon but you can get two for the price of one on their website. Here are the two links - https://www.mypillow.com/2-pack-multi-use-mypillow-offer and https://www.amazon.com/My-Pillow-Go-Anywhere-Camping/dp/B07DMSLS9B/ref=sr_1_5.
What's nice about the pillows is they are machine washable and you can fluff them up to fit your needs.

1 ReactionForgot to mention that if you purchase directly from My Pillow you get the pillow case with the pillow. They have several different colors/patterns to choose from for the covers.

4 ReactionsTry a pillow for sleep apnea. I alternate between two.
One is high on both sides and dips in the middle. So your neck is supported
Other is cut out on the short ends.
I would go with the first one.
I have had 2 migraines
I sympathize,

1 ReactionI used to laugh at people who took their own pillow when they traveled but I have started to do the same.
Hotel pillows are usually too fat or too squishy.
I have an old pillow that is almost flat & it is washable.
I am a side sleeper so sort of find an indentation in the middle for my head & sleep pretty well....... of course if some devious person put a "pea" under my mattress, I would surely come undone!! Good luck.
