hormones are so confusing. I'm 74, had a partial hyst. 40 yrs ago, so no uterus. But a couple yrs ago, I started using just a drop of progesterone cream to help me sleep. And it does! So IDK about advice saying prog.is not needed.

It's not needed to prevent uterine cancer. Yes, it can help you sleep. You can't use estradiol if you have a uterus without progesterone
