I agree with your practice of setting an alarm on taking the anti nausea meds at the recommended time before the temadar. that worked for me. And I never was nauseous.
the only downside is that it reduced my platelets count to almost 0. After a few infusions not making enough increase, the doctors decided that Temedar was no longer a good fit for me and I stopped after three weeks.

I am a Glioblastoma Stage 4 survivor where I have been through everything that you are facing. When taking Temodar, make sure you take it with a juice of your choice and try to keep the pills away from the gums of your mouth, because you can get sores all over your inside of your mouth.
1. Put the liquid in your mouth and immediately, with the fluid, you will flush down the Temodar pill one pill at a time!
2. Your local dentist office can give special toothpaste that will have a special treatment or medicine in the toothpaste. It is recommended as a prescription that gets rid of the sores coming from the use of Temodar. Brushing your teeth with this prescription toothpaste will take away the mouth sores after a few days of consistent use.
