LOL. For a good morning start, I poured in a capful of Miralax into prune juice, then my decaffeinated coffee. Now waiting. I'm going to eat an apple and a black plum.

My goal to have a regular BM every day ! I hope to not have the constipation woes that come with the other GLP 1

I make sure I’m getting extra fluids and fiber daily. Check fiber content of foods and up fiber. I take a powdered probiotic and fiber that mixes with liquids, is clear and tasteless. I also use a stool softener twice daily! I have lost 92.6# and my apnea is much improved. Some days the app says I have no episodes per hour or just a partial one.
