Thank you and I am sorry you are having trouble. The difference the vest made for me did surprise me. I had no idea that stuff must have been building up in my smaller airways because it happens silently, slowly over time. It's taken about 3 months of using the vest again to get out what I took to be the "old" stuff. I am glad I listened to my body and tried the vest again. I didn't realize before that it really was helping even though it seemed not to be doing anything.
Do you use a vest? What differences have you noticed since your last infection?

Thank you very much for the additional information. I am glad it works for you. I do believe it should do something. My pulmonologist thinks that I can either use aerobika or the vest, and they should work the same. I don't see an obvious result using a vest. But I think it is nice to have it around. Which vest do you use, how long each session? Do you do other airway clearance techniques besides using a vest?
