Thank you very much for sharing. What a great experience you had. You could take a spin class, that is impressive. My last infection changed my health a great deal, I have trouble breathing often, not sure what it is. I believe that the vest has to do something, it is nice you noticed that it is working for you.

Thank you and I am sorry you are having trouble. The difference the vest made for me did surprise me. I had no idea that stuff must have been building up in my smaller airways because it happens silently, slowly over time. It's taken about 3 months of using the vest again to get out what I took to be the "old" stuff. I am glad I listened to my body and tried the vest again. I didn't realize before that it really was helping even though it seemed not to be doing anything.
Do you use a vest? What differences have you noticed since your last infection?
