I am 68 and just had a complete hysterectomy and am considering hrt. Really unsure after reading pros and cons. Anyone had a positive experience with this and how did it change your quality of life?

I take estradoil 2x a week. Good results

My DEXA scan scores improved on estradiol patches. You wouldn't need progesterone since you no longer have a uterus. Look up Dr. Barbara Taylor (Menopause Taylor) on YouTube. She has hundreds of videos about HRT.
