They take a scan of the mouth and a mold is made and the device is made to fit snugly in place takes a little getting use to. kinda is snug at first and you have to really pull it to take out I have crowns and a fake tooth and doesn't bother me but investigate mouth appliance I got mine from Panthera through Marley park dentistry or go through a sleep center.
