I was diagnosed with severe Sleep Apnea didn't like the idea of the C-Pap machine they said dental device from Panthera Dental is a option and I'm glad I did my sleep study showed 300 to 400 episodes per night of breathing stopping I have an overbite the device holds my lower jaw forward preventing my tongue from falling back in my throat. Really glad I did I don't wake up as much wife say I don't snore anymore and feel rested when I wake up you can drink water during the night without taking it out.

The dental device sounds great. I am having trouble adjusting to CPAP and would like to try it. What is holding me back is that I have expensive dental work throughout my mouth. How does your device effect your teeth?
