Sodium Chloride 7% vial twice a day, 120 days supply, I paid $10.00 at CVS Pharmacy, in AZ.

7% 2x a day for me is $3.00. I bet most of us getting it for under $12.00 are on Medicare. Atlanta, GA here.

Was that using insurance? About 18 months ago, CVS in told me Mcare didn't pay and charged me about 30-35, though price dropped a few bucks when I told them it was cheaper at Amazon.
