I tried cardioversion it worked for a few weeks but the afib returned. I tried all the youtube methods to no avail. I didnt want to be on blood thinners for the rest of my life so I had an ablation 7 years ago. It worked great for that whole period. November of 2024 the afib returned. I had another ablation done in January 2025. Since February I have beem in sinus rythym. Hopefully it lasts!

Get to a doctor. AFIB can cause a stroke and you don't want to mess around. Either go on blood thinners or get the ablation. Its an easy out pation surgery. Checked in at 11AM was home by 7 that night. Normal routine sans exercise for a week but no real recovery.
