Thank you for your advice. You are, quite frankly, a very wonderful person. I am trying to control myself and I do not want these thoughts. They come against my will. You are also a kind person and I am happy with the people who have a heart like yours here on this site.

You are welcome and thank you for the kind words! You will get through this and everyone on Mayo Connect will all help you to do so! Can you talk to your parents about this? I know as a Mom, I would want to know if my son was having some problems like you are. It's good that you don't want to have thoughts of suicide and you are trying to control them! That is proof that you are a good person and will be OK! Also, you are only 31. You have your whole life ahead of you with all the wonderful things to come in it!
