Just curious what your symptoms were and how the acupuncture and Chinese herbs helped? The reason why I ask is because I just started going to an acupuncturist/Chinese herbalist after exhausting all my other options and everything she has tried has made my symptoms a million times worse. She keeps on saying we are taking it very slow and that I am doing great. But I don’t feel like I am. She also likes to look at my tough for clues I guess. I know not everyone responds the same. Would like your input. Thank you.

Acupuncture has helped many members of my friends and family with sports injuries, but it doesn't work for me. Both acupuncture and massage make me feel worse, sometimes for days. It is disappointing because I really believe in acupuncture's ability to heal many conditions.

Around 50 ish symptoms, Nuero logical issues. I did not do acupuncture. Diet modification and herbs and essential oils. Rotating quantities and types in 7 week intervals. I’m in the 7th month of the regimen and believe I have recovered to 80% so far. Coming from not even knowing my own name 🤯 and relearning how to talk. Worth a phone call.

I have been suffering from long Covid for more than two years (worst symptom is extreme fatigue) and have been to two acupuncturists. Several sessions with needles and expensive herbal medicines and no improvement whatsoever. LC is a viral phenomenon which Chinese medicine is not equipped to treat, and a lot of these people are money-sucking quacks. I advise you give it up.
