I switched from semaglutide to tirzepatide/Zepbound to see if it improved the PVCs/nausea. The nausea and fatigue got so much better but the PVCs got so much worse, so I had to stop. I was getting PVCs basically constantly throughout the day. Every 5-10 beats, sometimes every 1-2 beats, nonstop. Super upsetting because the rest of the side effects basically disappeared and it worked better with the hunger/food noise.

I've experienced PVCs with other things like creatine that don't affect most people, so I think I must have some odd gene that makes me susceptible to them...

So disheartening to heart that! Did the PVCs start right when starting the GLP-1s or over time/certain mg? I’m assuming they were not dangerous just very annoying?
