I have the small bottle of Biotene spray on my nightstand. Seems to be a bigger problem when sleeping. I just spray and fall back to sleep. Use the mouthwash during the day.

@goingcraycray Does the Biotene spray work well? I use the mouthwash but haven't used the spray. Would be handy to have the spray. I tried to get insurance to cover Aquoral to no avail. I've also heard of MouthKote.
