Agree! I know my knee will never be perfect . I do believe that moving and exercising is my priority daily. My favorite machines are the elliptical and recliner bicycle are the best for me. I do strength training on alternate days. Im choosing quality of living. Getting ready for tkr on the other knee in December.

In particular, I find hiking on trails and uneven surfaces to be particularly helpful as it trains one’s brain for the micro balance adjustments which are so important as we age to maintain mobility.
