Thank you for the response.
Some background that may help explain my ?
Currently, I have an asv machine successfully treating my complex sleep apnea. My full mask is what it is… a hassle & although fitted properly is uncomfortable at best. Alternate breathing options i.e nose supply are a no go for me.
Learned Inspire implant is for obstructive apnea, Remedy for central apena.
Cannot have both implants, apparently they conflict w/ each other. So asking if there is one implant to address complex sleep apnea. Goal is to eliminate the machine & mask.
You didn’t mangle a thing! Like most medical issues it gets complicated & describing the same.
In the last 6 months since starting to address my sleep apnea learned enough to earn a medical degree in sleep apnea 😉
If I’ve still confused you no worries! Thanks again

Aah, well you'll probably be able to teach me more than I can teach you. I don't know about the Inspire product. I frequent the apneaboard.com fora and the various devices don't have a good rep on that series of fora, maybe only because the culture on those fora deal with all things PAP...mostly...almost totally. Here is one thread I found with a quick look-see:
