Went away today thank goodness! I had started a new Iodine organic drops supplement.. in my coffee maybe my system said nooooo!

Yes! @wendyhope. I even had little black sand coming out of my pores provider found to be condensed turmeric I had added to my “help” that eventually went away!🙃
