@jeffmarc You indicated in another discussion thread that the PSA is expected to drop to < 0.1 within 6 months. My PSA dropped from 10.5 to 0.36 after 3-1/2 months, I'm a bit worried if I will hit < 0.1 on my next PSA.
Has anyone had 0.36 or higher on their first PSA after radiation and did well on the second PSA test?

The rule for radiation is very different from the rule for surgery.

If you have radiation, it can take years for your PSA to come to the minimum because cells are dying off at different rates. Even if on ADT. Some people’s cancer dies quickly.

I’m sorry if I misinformed you, not realizing you only had radiation.
