Although I am not on this dosage, My Doc at the U of C has mentioned this as a possibility as well. Introducing myself to this group. I was diagnosed last fall with stage 4 metastatic PC. after 6 rounds of chemo and taking Abiraterone and Prednisone. My PSA has dropped to 0.75 from 96. Other than the muscle loss, early to bed and general achiness, I think I am faring well so far. Hoping to see my PSA continue to drop. Continue to live every day!! Good Luck to everyone here. It's nice to find a support group.

Oh yeah your psa will definitely come down to about .01 if you continue to take that dose. I only pray that you will not experience some of the side effects that this regimen may cause, but everyone reacts differently but I’m sure your psa will improve drastically- so don’t worry there is always hope and all of our collective support is rooting for you. This is a group of fine, caring and GOOD people in this group. Stay well

FYI- I never got chemo, just 28 trips for Radiation....with arbiterone/prednisone, had a rapid drop to less than .01. stayed that way for 28 months....so I stopped the butt shot in JANUARY 2025.
