I have burning in my groan, under my breast, and legs. I started having this the day after I got the 2nd covid shot. I'm not diabetic however prediabetic, is there a natural supplement and diet I can follow. It doesn't always bother me. But when it does, I have a hard time sleeping I'm too hot. It comes and goes so I wonder if it's something I'm eating.
