My libido after hysterectomy was restored by a direct application of testosterone (compounded cream) and estradiol (FDA cream) on the vulva and clitoris, both E &T being essential. A hysterectomy can cause less blood flow to these areas, which is necessary for libido and orgasm. For blood flow, I take a vasodilator, FDA-approved "Tadalafil" 2.5mg a day, or you can use a local vasodilator product like sildenafil cream (compounded for women) when needed. I also use an FDA estradiol 0.05 transdermal patch and local FDA vaginal estradiol, but these two routes of application did not affect my libido or orgasm. The majority of women need testosterone to restore their libido.
