You may have to do it 2-3 times as the Dr. states in her video, at least 15 minutes apart. Please let us know how it goes for you.

I tried it today 3 times, no change but I am going to try again tomorrow. Tomorrow I will try in the morning versus today I tried when I got home from work and I feel like my body is more agitated from the day
