I have bad pain in my shoulders and top of my hips when I stand . Any?

Yes, I have a Parkinson's diagnosis. The pain/muscle tightness is in my back hips and shoulders when I walk and/or stand.

My husband has monthly massages which helps him a lot. Physical therapy with Parkinsons specialists has also been helpful.
