I really had some thing similar to this I have been having this headache and dizziness for like two weeks now up till am still looking for solutions

Have you researched PPPD and Vestibular Migraine? Five years ago, I suddenly became very dizzy and started to have frequent migraines. I'm on my 3rd neurologist and I've lost count of failed Rx. Propranolol helps as a preventive and Reyvow as an abortive. My dizziness is positional--standing and moving. Sitting is mostly okay.
