Can anyone share their experience with Pluvicto?
My 85 year old dad has prostate cancer that has metastasized to his bones. Zytiga is no longer effective. He is considering Pluvicto. I would appreciate input from those who have used Pluvicto.

Trip out, lunch with a good friend, all went well, still a bit of dizziness, fatigue seems to be more manageable.
Ain't this FUN?
Thank for sharing.
My husband(75 years old) just started his 1st treatment of Pluvicto. He has lots of pain in his lower back and some leg pains. Has issues walking. His next 2nd treatment is in August. What should he expect on the 2nd round?
My friend just ended his Pluvicto treatments and said it’s the best he’s felt in four years. Hope this helps and good luck.
Usually, the side effects are similar for the first three treatments. Some people can’t get past the first visit without serious side effects.
He will probably feel Back to normal a Couple of weeks before his August treatment
Thank you for the encouragement. I pray it works for my husband.
Thought and prayers🙏
Has anyone finished all 6 treatments with Pluvicto? If so would you please share the outcome. How long has it been since completing the treatment?
Thank you for your reply
Jay
I know a few people that have completed it and results vary. Some had the cancer stay away for a well over a year Other people have had it come back.
It is a known fact that 1/3 of the people get really good results 1/3 of the people get OK results and 1/3 of the people get no results at all.
One thing you should be aware of are Pluvicto genetic issues
RB1, PTen, TP53 are Pluvicto resistant
ATM & BRCA work better with Pluvicto
If you got a hereditary, genetic test You would know if you have any of these. Has it been offered to you by a doctor? You can get it done free with the below link, if you live in the United States. Do not check the box that you want your doctor involved or they won’t send you the kit until they get in contact with your doctor. It takes about three weeks to get the results and then a genetic counselor will call you.

You get a somatic Genetic test using blood or tissue to find out whether or not you have one of those genetic issues now. Things do change, and some people do get these genetic anomalies. Ask your doctor about this.
What is your experience so far ?
I've been looking into immunology which has been improving good results for mCRPC. Might be something that will work for you.
