I attend a two day Fibromyalgia seminar with my adult daughter in 2015 in Mayo's Jacksonville, FL campus.
I believe they are still offering this program. "Led by Dr. Barbara Bruce, Dr. Andy Abril, and Dr. Fernando Rivera, is an interdisciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. The program includes a medical evaluation, a two-day class focused on education and strategies for managing symptoms, and personalized treatment plans."
I have utilized what I learned from this program all these years to manage my fibromyalgia. I know everyone experiences different symptoms but this is just a suggestion to check out.
