I have burning mouth syndrome. Mine comes and goes with stress and grief. The only relief I’ve found is allouera juice. Sorry not sure how to spell it. I put a large gulp full in my mouth and hold it, I used to spit it out but now I drink it. I’ve found it’s healing things in my stomach. My burning mouth needs to run its course and the juice really helps make it more tolerable.
My tongue and lips feel like I have a thousand tiny cuts in them. My mouth gets sores that often can’t be seen. The skin in my mouth becomes very thin, and the surface of my lips becomes thick, as if suffering from repeated burns. I can only eat soft foods -non acidic- nothing salty or crunchy. The healing process takes 2-3 months.
I have Gerd, and reflux and take meds for that. I do have facial nerve problem’s
, and am medicated for that too.

I happen to get relief with Apple juice as you use aloe Vera. I also have GERD and reflux. The description of your sore mouth, the burning is spot on. I have to eat ice cubes to soothe my lips. I am trying to figure out what triggers mine. For instance, I have been symptoms free for 2 months and last week it started again. Thanks for sharing because you really begin to think you're losing it because of medically no one seems to know.
