About 50 years ago a doctor told me to use cotton underwear only. It has been so many years but I do know it helped.

That’s exactly what I wear . 100% cotton. Wash and put them outside on the line to dry. The only way to get rid of yeast is if the underwear is in the sun drying. 👍🏻
