SBRT apparently cleared my lung nodule then on to Naliri in March. I am due and anxious for a scan. I committed last week to SBRT on my latest liver lesion but again in waiting game for pre-cert and scheduling.
I postponed chemo by a week twice this summer and my CA19-9 is again rising. My Onc suggested I may becoming resistant more quickly now. Concerning because…what’s left? So I am now also searching trials that will not exclude me for Having done KRAS trial. I do believe that the RM 6236 with chemo is an answer, but can’t get into that one!
Onward to live another day…with God’s help of course!

Yes, the waiting game! I waited I think for 1.5 months to get into the actual histotripsy procedure which is tomorrow now due to a cancellation they had. I do not fancy 4 hrs of anesthesia since my condition has been on a fast downward spiral this week; weak. Would you consider histotripsy? Now I wish I had done the 6236 trial city of Hope offered me, though at the time I had no "measurable" disease and drs from other facilities had said I had 1 too many sessions of chemo to have qualified. I believe the city of Hope doc thought the session when I was on cisplatin didn't count since that was the typical for my set of mutations, but who knows for sure. Thank God that you don't have the peritoneal metastasis! We do need a miracle!!I'll be praying for us now and later.

@mnewland99 Keep us posted. All the best! You are in my prayers. Histotripsy seems to work.

Oncologist told me yesterday that they (pharmaceuticals) even planning to eventually distribute RMC6236 by itself and without having to use a systemic chemo, in tandem. This was very surprising news to hear especially as my oncologist was always advocating for a tandem I use of a chemo drug since this PC stuff can be very systemic.
