My daily fatigue is exacerbated by fibromyalgia, CFS, and untreatable allergies. I commiserate with you and have tried anything and everything to no avail. I am trying to accept this reality but struggle daily.

Fatigue and trouble sleeping are known side effects of fibro but we can do something about them. Going to sleep and getting up at the same time each day. Mild exercise, especially walking, bicycling (low impact aerobics), swimming, stretching, mild yoga. Avoid heavy weights unless you have some yourself up to it.
I’ve had fibromyalgia probably since I was around 19 (based on symptoms). I’m 62 now. Some days are easier than others, but then I have other chronic and acute conditions that exacerbate the fibro. That’s often the case with most of us. Even mental health conditions will cause it to flare up - or vice versa. The pain can cause us to be depressed. This is when it’s most important to move around, even a slow walk outside. Talk to someone. Get a hug. Rent a movie that makes you feel good. These all are little steps we can take to live with fibromyalgia and not let it control our lives.
