Hi Greg. Sorry for the slow reply. LDN and Abilify reduced my fatigue, brain fog and headaches by about 70%. Also almost eliminated photophobia which was preventing me from using a computer.

Does anyone have excessively high anxiety like you’ve never ever experienced in your life before? My top 3/4 are:
-the horrible unrelenting anxiety I just mentioned
-sleep disturbance
-lack of appetite/can’t eat
-fuzzy head (not cognitive decline) I call it zombie brain

Yes, my anxiety gets worse. Especially sensitive to noise and when I drive.

1. Olfactory nerve damage with horrible overwhelming taste/smell (like a strong vapor) in my nose and mouth
Trigeminal nerve also hit causing pain in head and face (sinus)

2. Feeling of ongoing upper respiratory irritation including dry hacking cough. Feels like I have a cold.

3. Feeling as if my body is fighting like it did when the virus was active. Would describe as flu-like.

Thanks for your reply and valuable input. Yes. I've had post nasal drip for 13 months now. Trying an antihistamine today for first time. Should be interesting. Good luck to us all.

Back in 2023 i had covid for the second time and could not seem to shake it. My pcp put me on metformin citing studies that it might help. I dont think it did- I stopped it when the rx ran out. Plus my medical insurance started sending me all kinds of literature on diabetes!!!

Chronic Fatigue and POTS were the worst - but Mestion has been a game changer! The last remnants of LC are now legs that get tired and extremely stiff after sitting, walking, standing, etc. I used to commute to NYC via walking 5 miles a day and after a mile now, my legs stiffen up and I'm in pain.

Extreme weakness, brain fog, shortness of breath, and lightheaded spells. I sometimes struggle to speak.
