Hello,
My best suggestion is to ask your doctor about non statin cholesterol medication. They are available. My doctor just put me on one after she told me to stop the statin version last February.

@gus0557 which non statin cholesterol medication are you on? I may need to go back on medication for my rising cholesterol levels.
