High TSH means your thyroid is slow. That with a high T4 is odd but it’s possible you are not absorbing it or you might have an allergy to it like my sister and I. Additionally make sure you are not on Biotin when your thyroid is checked again. My sister and I just take T3 because T4 either doesn’t convert for us or we are allergic. We get very sick and gain weight on it.

@tstern7 What effect does Biotin have? I had this test result and my thyroid is atrophied having had Hashimotos for 42 years. I have been taking Biotin for about a year but noticed the last several months that I have been very fatigued.
