At the age where we need some help

I have had a cleaning service for over 30 years. When I was in my 40's I started having trouble with tasks like cleaning the bathtub and and other job that required bending and reaching. My doctor diagnosed fibromyalgia. i first got a woman who advertised for house cleaning but she was soon gone when her husband was transferred with his job. Since, I have had the same nationally franchised cleaning service. They don't clean it as well as I would like but there's not much choice. I also have gluteal tendinopathy and have just started using a walker. The social worker gave me a list of all kinds of services when my husband was discharged from the hospital last month. If one of you is a veteran, the VA also might have contacts. AARP is another possible source of help or referrals. The service I use doesn't allow the workers to use cell phones while on the job, either.

That is one of my concerns, cell phone usage. When we moved here 14 years ago we had a well-known moving service. What a joke, the one guy was on his cell all the time he was suppose to be packing things.

Same thing when he unloaded at the new house. But he had the audacity to try to butter me up to give him and his crew a tip. When they were packing things I even commented to him that I thought we had hired a 3 man crew, not 2 because he was always on the cell. He just laughed.
H gave tips to the 2 that worked, but left this guy out. He was teed, but too bad. Tip means to insure performance and cell phone usage doesn't cut it.
