Sinus infections can be very difficult to cure because the bacteria can hide in so many places. And pseudomonas aeuringosa has become resistant to many antibiotics.
Have you been seen by infectious disease specialist? And have they cultured the bacteria to see which antibiotics it is susceptible to? Sometimes ID docs have additional tools in their arsenal.
