Has anyone had really good results using Clonazepam ?

I take 2 mg Clonazepam and 100 mg Seroquel to sleep.
Fortunately I don’t wake up in pain from being in one position all night.
I have a sleep disorder related to all the autoimmune issues going on with my body and cannot sleep without this medication. I guess I’m lucky that being in one position all night doesn’t bother me.

I also take 1 clonazepam to sleep. When I wake up I will take another 1/2. I did not think about my leg neuropathy being caused by sleeping in 1 position. It is what I have to do because of my torn rotator cuff, I can only sleep on my back. The clonazepam certainly helps.
