@francines I've heard women should not take hrt to prevent osteoporosis. I'm doing weight bearing exercises. Take vit d3, mk7, and trying to get my calcium instead of supplements. It's a gamble between heart disease and osteoporosis. Each of us has to weigh our own risks.
