Has anyone not gone thru radiation and hormone blockers?

I was diagnosed with stage 2 e pos her2 neg. localized in the milk duct. 1 node taken that came back negative. I had surgery a week ago and am considering not doing radiation or hormone blockers.

@magmcdonah2

I think that I am losing muscle mass on it as cannot lift left leg for one step easily.

I am being taken off it for 3 months.
Then Exemestane which I am terrified of getting heart problems with.
Plus, one of my meds can’t be taken with it . Do not want to switch to anything else as a substitute for that 2nd med. 2nd med will make Exemestane not work as well.

Sorry you’re dealing with this again 22 years later. I am wondering how you can have sentinel node checked after mastectomy. Is this cancer on the other side?

No - it is same side while they got most of the breast tissue evidently there were enough cells to grow a tumor. Compared to 22 years ago the buzzword seems to be microinvasion
