@standardrep I go to the therapy pool about 3-4 times a week right now I’m not able to do land weights or exercises so I go do some water exercises I can tolerate then for $3.75 a visit I sit in front of the jets and chat for sanity since I’m now disabled from a failed fusion it at least gets me out of the house. I’m on round 2 of pelvic therapy mine is so tight causing bowel and bladder issues ( I thought that was for women but when your in pain and find relief who cares) . Since I have so much tailbone pain that radiates to the testicles my last pelvic therapist made me an homemade ice pack to sit on you can make your own however big you want with baggies ! She doubled a condom and filled 1 part isopropyl rubbing alcohol to 3 parts water , it freezes but stays squishy ! I use the cushions with the tailbone cut out so I lay the ice pack there, I hated at 53 giving in to using 2 canes , a rollater, or scooter but I prefer not falling from my legs being like fireworks never knowing which legs getting zapped. I use grabbers so I don’t bend.. Now have to get pedicures (NO POLISH ) since I can’t bend. Massages helped me for over 25 years weekly but now not in my budget maybe 1x a month
