You are not alone. Try a pet,plant something like a pot of flowers or vegey. Paint a picture or trace one. Hire someone to help you. Offer to babysit before or after school at a school near you. Try meditation and mindfulness on utube to it I do free.

Babysittings out--NO SPLEEN--& no covid jabs
Recently got a rescue cat --she's only 18 mths old & has a bit of Bengal--funny & very pretty
Have lots & lots of plants and volunteer weekly at the local foodbank.
Those are all obvious fixes that i started years ago as my Vic grandkids aged. Need better health--moving here WAS to join conservation groups & animal rescues but not possible just yet

I'm flat out just taking care of my poor little Wife how has a stuffed up back & the Dr told us today it may take another 3 to 6 months before it get better. She has already been on her back for 2 months already. So looking after someone else kids NO way LOL
