Thank you for sharing. I am 69, I have PMR now almost 9 months, Rheumatologist put me on methyltrienolone (steroid) it took 5 months for PMR to get better, but it did, but now I have developed PAD (vascular disease) numb feet unable to walk any distance, but I still do the best I can. This was diagnosed after a referral to a vein specialist. I think PMR caused PAD. I wanted to share my PMR journey with you, sounds like you are going through a lot of the same troubles. exercise is key even though it is hard, little walks lead to longer little walks. Don't give up.

Interesting, I also developed PAD while I was being treated for PMR
