My name is Jon, i was diagnosed with central sensitization 3 years ago to this day i can not endure even slicing an onion at the counter or transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer. My last appointment with physical therapy the therapist would not even do soft tissue treatment due to the amount of muscle spasms i was incurring.

I had a spinal fust4 years ago and found out this year my back was fused out of alignment causing me to lean forward. This year I started having severe muscle spasms in my lower back and legs Started taking Diclofenac and spasms are gone. Even tried the new drug, Journavx without relief. I hope your doctor can help you. My spasms were so severe It hurt to take a deep breath. Also take Tylenol 650 mg . twice daily.
