I'm glad you found it helpful. Yes, the duloxetine definitely helps with anxiety. I had been cycling through other antidepressants, which did work, but only for a certain amount of time. When I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years ago, a rheumatologist suggested duloxetine because it can be effective for pain, anxiety, and depression. I felt better soon after I started it and am now holding steady at 90 mg/day. Some people can't take it, but others like me swear by it. Here's a link to what Mayo has to say about duloxetine:

Actually, what exacerbates my anxiety is dealing with doctors. As people who are living with these less-familiar diseases all know, one of the hardest things to deal with is being told there's nothing wrong because the tests don't show anything and/or you just need to relax. Talk about your triggers!
