Does anyone wake up daily at 3am?

I wake up at 2AM every night but then, I wake up every 2 hours all night.
I am trying something I used to do every night years ago now. When I was working in a hospital, I would take a nice warm to hot tub bath every night just before bed. It would relax me and just get the ‘day’ off me. Feeling clean and getting into a clean bed, I would read for about 30 minutes, a real book not iPad . I would only wake once or twice a night and fall back to sleep. The other thing was having a box fan running on low for white noise. I have heard green noise helps with sleep to but the YouTube ones all have ads that wake you, counter productive.
I am sorry you are suffering and I hope someone in here has options to share that will work for you, Kasey7

I have a Spaberry two-person hot tub just off our back door deck. For years now, I have gotten into it and begun the process of shutting off my overactive mind. I look at the skies to see stars (amateur astronomer with several different types of telescopes), pray, sing to myself, and within 15 minutes I am abed and experiencing my 'turnover' twitches. Two, three of those and I turn from my back onto either side, and within a couple of minutes I'm 'gone.' 😀

WRT the Youtube ads interrupting the green noise (or white noise if you prefer that), you can always download the actual video. When downloading Youtube videos, the ads aren't inserted. There are additional advantages to doing it this way, other than skipping ads:
1. once downloaded, you aren't using the internet, so reducing the total download amount on your internet contract, and
2. you don't need the internet to listen to it anymore.
